AR Book Review

One thing that I enjoyed about my book, Miss Jane Pittman, was that it was a fictional biography. The story and all the characters were fake but the author wrote the story as if they were real. The was a surplus of detail in this book and the author never lets a main character really die. For example, there are plenty of references to Ned and Ned's school later in the book.

Christmas Break

Over Christmas Break, my Dad and I scouted the marsh that we own. We slipped on wader and went trudging through the thick, heavy muck. It was during a time of unusually warm weather and I stupidly had two pair of over-alls on. It was a workout and I had not been that exhausted since football practice. Getting home I devoured my supper and got seconds. I slept well that night but I felt sore in the morning.
